At Gadgetly, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First check your bank account

  • Then contact your payment provider

  • If the issue still persists, contact us

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video), and we will resolve the issue promptly.
